The Eris goes on sale on Friday for $99 with a two-year contract and various rebates, making it $100 less expensive than the larger, more powerful Motorola Droid. Verizon Wireless introduced the company’s second “DroidAndroid phone on Thursday, and it’s what a lot of people expected: a rebadged version of the HTC Hero for Sprint, called the Droid Eris.Just like the Sprint Hero, it has a 3.2-inch, 320×480 capacitive multitouch screen and a 528-MHz Qualcomm processor. Microsoft Exchange supported by IPhone

Apple revealed on Thursday a list of upcoming features, including support for Microsoft Exchange e-mail server, which hopes to Apple for the companies to assume the iPhone as a device of choice for mobile workers.

During a press conference at the computer manufacturer Cupertino, California, headquarters, CEO Apple, Steve Jobs promised that the iPhone at its next software update in June, “a long list of important features business customers who have told us they should really use iPhone unity. ” Read more…
